Data controller
The controller of your personal data is the website owner identified in the Legal notice (Héctor Nicolás Quiroga — QH Reformas, phone (+34) 672 04 30 00, email qhreformas221@gmail.com).
What data we process and how
This website has no user registration system, uses no databases of its own and does not store personal data on its servers.
The only personal data processed is the data you voluntarily choose to provide when contacting us: if you use the quote form, your own WhatsApp application opens with a pre-drafted message (containing your name, phone number and enquiry) which you send yourself from your own account. You can also contact us by phone.
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is used exclusively to answer your quote or information request and, where applicable, to prepare the contractual relationship you have requested. The legal basis is the implementation of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent when contacting us (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). It is not used for advertising purposes and no profiling is carried out.
Recipients and international transfers
If you contact us via WhatsApp, the communication takes place through WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited), which applies its own terms and privacy policy.
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA), which processes technical connection data (such as your IP address) needed to serve the page. International transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics) processes pseudonymised site-usage data to produce browsing statistics. You can read its privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
Personal data is not disclosed to any other third parties, except where required by law.
Data retention
Messages received via WhatsApp or phone are kept only for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where applicable, the contractual relationship and any resulting legal obligations.
Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by contacting the owner through the channels indicated in the Legal notice. If you believe your data is not being processed properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
